Kuih Dadar/ Ketayap

2 1/4 cup Wheat Flour
2 1/4 can Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
Green Food Coloring + Pandan Food Flavoring

Revised Version:
2 cup Wheat Flour
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can Water
4 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
Green Food Coloring + Pandan Food Flavoring

Shredded coconut
Brown sugar / jaggery powder
Water (to dissolve sugar)
A little bit of flour
