Sweet Potato Pizza Filling

2 medium sweet potato (baked & peeled)
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp honey

French Toast

8 slices bread
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
4 Tbsp butter (on pan)
1/2 cup maple syrup (serve)

Cockles Seasoning Sauce

1 red chilli (chopped)
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 Tbsp green onion (chopped)
4 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp minced garlic

Boiled Cockles

3 cups cleaned cockles
4 cups water
6 Tbsp rice wine substitute
Boil on high heat about 6-7 mins or until start to open up

Muchim Sauce

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice/Vinegar
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Gochugaru
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic

Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredient A (combine & sift):
300 g Wheat Flour
100 g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda

Ingredient B:
3 Eggs
400 g Castor Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Ingredient C:
250 ml Evaporated Milk
250 ml Corn Oil

Ingredient D:
250 ml Hot Water

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredient B with mixer until white.
  2. Add ingredient C. To get more moisture, add 2 Tbsp Condensed Milk and mix.
  3. Add ingredient A little by little and fold with spatula. If the mixture is too much to handle with spatula, you can use stand mixer. Use the lowest speed, just until they are well blend. Don't mix for too long, as we don't want to trap air into the mixture, or else the cake will have small holes.
  4. Add last ingredient D, mix well.
  5. Pour into mould, bake or steam until clear toothpick pulled out.

2 lb Potato - grate & in cold water
1/2 Onion - grate & in cold water

Kuih Dadar/ Ketayap

2 1/4 can Evaporated Milk
