300 g Wheat Flour
100 g Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
Ingredient B:
3 Eggs
400 g Castor Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Ingredient C:
250 ml Evaporated Milk
250 ml Corn Oil
Ingredient D:
250 ml Hot Water
Instructions:
- Combine ingredient B with mixer until white.
- Add ingredient C. To get more moisture, add 2 Tbsp Condensed Milk and mix.
- Add ingredient A little by little and fold with spatula. If the mixture is too much to handle with spatula, you can use stand mixer. Use the lowest speed, just until they are well blend. Don't mix for too long, as we don't want to trap air into the mixture, or else the cake will have small holes.
- Add last ingredient D, mix well.
- Pour into mould, bake or steam until clear toothpick pulled out.
